When can I check in and when do I need to check out?
Check-in is available from 3 pm, check-out is until 11 am. Literature Club members may check out as late as 12 noon on Sundays.
Is WiFi included in the room rate?
Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
When booking, you can choose between a rate with and a rate without breakfast — without breakfast is 10 € cheaper per person and night.
Is a cot available?
Yes, we provide a cot free of charge on request.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Dogs are welcome on request and subject to availability at the time of booking, in all room categories, for a fee of 15 € per day.
Are there allergy-friendly rooms?
Yes, if requested early enough before arrival, we offer allergy-friendly rooms with parquet flooring, subject to availability.
Do the rooms have a bathtub or a shower?
Our Superior Rooms have a bathtub, all other room categories are equipped with a shower.
Is there a coffee or tea set in the room?
Our Superior and Comfort Plus rooms include a coffee and tea set in the room rate. In all other categories, it can be added for a surcharge of 6 € per night.
What are the rates for children and teenagers on an extra bed?
Children up to 12 years cost 20 € per person and night, teenagers up to 18 years 30 € per person and night, an additional adult 50 € per night.
